About Gwendolyn

  Gwendolyn earned a BA in Social Science from Spring Arbor

College [now University] in 1981 and her MA in Marriage and Family

Therapy from Liberty University in 2017. She and her husband

have been married for over 40 years and are parents to

three adult children and five grandchildren.

 


She brings a lifelong love for people and wealth of life experience

to the therapy setting, including having raised a special needs child,

served in the pastoral ministry alongside her husband,

and conducted extensive advocacy work.


    Gwendolyn's genuineness, warmth, compassion, and occasional humor

create an environment where a trusting therapeutic relationship can develop

and healing can take place within a client-centered,

collaborative, strengths-based framework. She is passionate

about connection and healing within oneself and among one's

familial and social associations.

 

A Christian who welcomes clients of any faith, Gwendolyn is a

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, National Certified Counselor,

certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator, and clinical member of the

American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

She is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Michigan.
